There are many misconceptions around branding, especially among small businesses and Silvia is passionate about breaking these myths and inspiring entrepreneurs at all stages of development to move beyond what's known and possible.

How long have you been doing what you do and how did you get to be a Brand Strategist?
To answer this question, it's probably best that I share with you my story that brought me to where I am today, coaching people like you on exactly what to do to create a unique, magnetic and profitable business ventures.
That defining moment in my life happened in 2009. After tough beginnings my business started to explode as new prospects, referrals and clients kept knocking at my door. I ended up having more clients than days in a year. My business seemed to have hit a glass ceiling with no room for additional growth. I ended up working too hard while unable to make more money.
One night I wasn't happy about how the things were going. I had no time for family or friends, I couldn't remember last time I took a vacation and I was exhausted. I was tired of taking care of the kids and household during the day while trying to run a business on my "free" time. I had two options: I can either create systems to simplify my business and bring sanity back to my life or I can say good bye to my health and family.
At that very moment, I made a commitment to make it all work. I read every information on business growth, management and customer service I could get my hands on. I took every course that was available. I essentially decided to become a mini-expert on how to build a unique, systematic and successful business that works like a well-oiled machine and still doesn't cost you your health, family or life.
Within less than 10 months I had my life back. I still had tons of clients and kept getting new referrals, but this time I was able to not only grow my business, but to also live my life, enjoy my family and even start traveling.
Soon, my business colleagues heard about my success and started asking me: "Silvia, how do you fit everything in your schedule? You get more done in a week than many in months. How come your clients stay with you and talk about you even if they don't see you for couple months? What am I doing wrong? Can you help me?" I'd help them take a closer look at their business, get them unstuck and design simple strategies to move their business to the next level. My coaching and consulting journey has begun.
Since then, I've worked with many private clients, spoken for many groups around the world, and have created Magnetic Look, the ultimate resource for the magnetic brand for fellow small and medium business owners. My clients implement key strategies into their businesses that help them not only build massive following, but to also create caring community and raving fans within their business model. Systems I design for my clients are being used, followed and even modeled for years without any major change necessary. Those who worked with us experienced massive growth in their business while still being able to minimize stress and overwhelm.
Who are your clients exactly?
I work with people just like you, entrepreneurs who are really good at what they do, however, have never been taught exactly how to build a magnetic business that handles clients, workload and projects in style. My clients come from various industries, different backgrounds and they are at different stages of development. What they all have in common is the hope to build a unique, irresistible and thriving business that wins prospects' attention, turns them into paying clients and makes them choose them above their competitors. My strategies and systems are designed to deliver proven results while helping entrepreneurs save time, energy and money.
What happens if you haven't yet worked with people in my field?
I have worked with many clients in different industries. Yet, I must share with you that I strongly believe in everyone’s uniqueness and therefore your personal and business branding will be very different from those of my recent customers. What my current and former clients have found exceedingly helpful is that I bring a fresh perspective to their branding process and give them resources they’d never heard of in their field. Because of this, they are able to very quickly stand out with their competitors looking from a distance.
How are you different from other "business coaches?"
Although we will occasionally touch upon time management and other things, you have me as a brand strategist and expert. I ONLY work with sole practitioners and small to medium size businesses. In other words, I don't consult with people in large corporations. I refer those businesses to other coaches.
Before I move on there's something I need to clarify. While speaking at various events I've noticed that most entrepreneurs still think that branding is a logo, packaging, web design, etc. It's one of the most common myths you will come across. Yes, this all is part of the branding, but brand strategy is the sum of plans and tactics that help your clients to like your business and choose it above your competitors. I love designing systems and strategies that turn your business into an irresistible venue. Because my focus is very narrow, I've simply become an expert at this stuff and that's why my clients, groups and customers get great results.
What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?
Magnetic Look workshops, products and programs were created for entrepreneurs who are absolutely excited and deadly serious about creating and establishing a strong, transparent and attractive business brand. They help you to put systems in place within a few months (sometimes weeks!), which will eventually lead you to establishing a strong brand and lifestyle you’ve been dreaming about — without having to come back and start all over because your foundationnot three, four, or many more years, which is a conservative estimate on the traditional time it takes to build a successful practice.
Being a high achieving go-getter myself, I'm known to work best with other high achieving go-getters who are super-ready to get going and just want to know exactly what steps to take to develop their profitable and magnetic business brand.

For what type of professional is this program NOT going to work?
Please know that I'm very selective in who I work with. The Magnetic Look programs are NOT for those who have no money coming in and are absolutely, financially desperate, at least not right away. It's been my experience that people in financial crisis do not trust the recommendations I give them and do not do the work (probably because they spend so much time worrying about where they are going to get next month's rent check or mortgage payment.)
If you fall within this category, it's absolutely OK. We've all been in times of financial crisis at one point or another. Do yourself (3) favors:
- Get some money coming in with a full-time or part-time job at the very least, and then call me. This will take the edge off and provide a little more peace of mind. Mostly, it will de-clutter your mind enough to focus on your assignments and the BIG picture. Once you start seeing the results of our work, you can then start reducing the hours you work at that other job and focus on your own business.

Another type of person I won't work with (without exception) is the whiner or the chronic skeptic, as well as individuals who consistently make excuses for not getting their assignments done or challenging every aspect of the program. If you are one of these people, I gently and respectfully ask that you do not call and I hope you understand why. We'll probably just not work well together and I wouldn't want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair?
