Frequently Asked Questions About Silvia’s Gold Mastermind Program
When are the coaching calls scheduled? The 3 hour monthly mastermind calls are scheduled for Thursday 9am – 12pm EST. (exact dates will be set after we create the mastermind groups).
When are the 1 on 1 calls with Silvia scheduled? You will be able to schedule the date/time that works best for your schedule. We’ll do our best to make it fit your busy schedule.
How will I know if I’m accepted into a group? Once you submit a completed application, you will be notified about being accepted into the group withing 2 weeks following your payment.
When will my credit card be charged? The first charge is processed immediately when you apply for your chosen program and each 30 days after (if payment plan). In case of not being accepted for the program, we’ll refund 100% of your investment within 2 business days following the acknowledgement email sent to you.
I live abroad and am unable to travel to the US or Canada. Can I still join your Mastermind Program? Our Mastermind & Coaching Programs are designed to meet the needs of all our clients, including you. There’s no traveling included (unless you choose to have your Platinum Private Strategy Day with Silvia in person), everything will be virtual or on the phone.
If I choose Platinum, when my Private Strategy Day with Silvia be scheduled? If you choose to pay in full, your Private Strategy Day will be scheduled in January to help you head start your business for 2012. If you choose payment plan option, your call will be scheduled in May.
